A lunchtime supervisor is responsible for supporting children in the dining areas and playground during school lunchtimes.  You’ll support the school with the safety, welfare and behaviour of children and help the children with dining and social skills and a positive play experience. This role is ideal for anyone looking to gain school employment experience or just a few hours work per week in term-time.


THE ROLE

- Fixed term contract until 31 August 2026 with scope to potentially become permanent pending a review of the staffing establishment.

- 8 hours and 45 minutes per week, Monday-Friday 11:45am - 1:30pm.

- Pay grade E1C, actual salary £5,048.89 per annum

- Term time only working

- Interview date: 14 November 2025

- Start date: 1 December 2025

- First aid training provided, previous experience is not required and you will be involved in supporting children with OPAL play during lunchtime
